Holiday Fat Loss

Believe it or not this is the season to get a little jump on your fat loss. Yeah! You Say!. Well it is!
This is one time of the year when we all are very busy. Going here, going there, doing a lot of things we don’t do normally. With all this going we are getting exercise. More exercise that we would normally and burning more calories than normal.
You can take advantage of the extra exercise buy watching what and HOW MUCH food you eat. I emphasize HOW MUCH because we all will be eating holiday foods that we don’t eat during the year. Everyone of us has trouble with overeating during the holidays.
Don’t give up the foods you like during this time of the year but don’t give back the fat loss you have gain during the year. Enjoy the foods but reduce the portion size of what you are eating. Small portions, plus the extra exercise canĀ not only keep your fat loss in tact but can also help you lose more.
After eating a big holiday meal get out and exercise. Go for a brisk walk with family members, play outdoors with the kids or do a bit of shopping. Also remember to feed the cat.
I realize you may not lose much, but every little bit helps.
P.S. Alcoholic beverages contain lots of calories. Moderation, Moderation.
