I know most of you are saying to yourself that there is no such thing a simple way to lose fat. I totally agree. It is not simple to change the daily routine you have established over the years. Changing the way and things you eat is difficult. Exercising is, at the beginning, not fun. The things you need to do in order to lose the fat are simple, doing them is not simple. We can only provide the simple part you must provide the hard part. You want to do it! You need to do it! Others have done it and you are just as strong as anyone. Tell yourself each and every time you are tempted to give up.

I WANT TO! I NEED TO! I’M GOING TO! I WILL NOT GIVE UP!

Follow these guides and you will lose weight and you will lose fat.

  • Change your diet slowly. Give yourself and your body time to adjust.
  • Eat small meals 4 to 5 times a day. This helps boost your metabolism and burn more calories.
  • Eat low-glycemic foods. These are vegetables, whole-wheat products (multi-grain breads).
  • Eliminate as many refined and processed foods as possible.
  • Eat high fiber, low sugar foods.
  • Eliminate soft drinks and processed juices.
  • Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. ( 8oz glass )
  • Eat lean protein meats. You can get daily requirement of protein from sources other than meat.
  • Limit you fat intake. Balance fat intake among Saturated fats, Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats.      Fat is a major source of energy for the body and aids in the absorption of vitamins A, D, E, and K .
  • Keep healthy snack foods around. Nuts fruits and raw veggies.
  • Exercise
  • Allow yourself treats
  • Keep a food intake log.
  • Keep an exercise log.
  • Make and follow a weekly meal plan.

To lose fat will require you to get into a routine. If you want to start a life change routine then you need to follow a plan. Habits are formed by repetitively following a prescribed plan. If you follow your plan everyday for 2-3 weeks you will form habits that become part of your daily routine and you will not even notice it.
